Do I need an advisor for a renovation or ADU in the Santa Ynez Valley?

We can assist with design decisions or to bring your vision to life. Moreover, we help you coordinate the team rather than replace any one role.

Yes. I help you review potential income, basic expenses, and simple cap rate style metrics so you see a clear picture before you move forward. We also talk about set up, staging, and the practical realities of owning and operating an income property in the Santa Ynez Valley.
